Find a Community Health Information Network (CHIN) that is currently being developed or one that is already fully functional. Research the CHIN and write a research paper that covers the following:
a. Discuss the provider(s) that contribute the CHIN.
b. Discuss the population that the CHIN serves.
c. Provide an overview of the information contained in the CHIN.
d. Explain the current operational status of the CHIN.
e. Evaluate the effectiveness of the CHIN with regards to serving the community. Provide relevant information about projects they have implemented, any legal or ethical issues aIDressed, and any collaborations they have participated in.
Your paper must be two double-spaced pages (excluding title and reference pages) and formatted according to APA style. Utilize a minimum of two scholarly and/or peer-reviewed sources that were published within the last five years. All sources must be documented in APA style.
