How to write a paper on college safety.

I have to write a paper on the campus safety at Delta State University. My argument is that gated campus are more safer than opened campuses. Being that Delta State University campus is opened to anybody to come in and out how could we make this better and more safer to the students and staff on campus. I need 6 sources in all with annoataions , 3 of them has to be scholarly and come from the Delta state university website and the other 3 can be from any where… 50% of my paper has to be about Delta State university and it must has an arguementive thesis statement.
